Kgomotso Children Centre
From December 10 to December 12 the girls of KCC went on a three days camp for girls at Magaliesburg organized by Kea Modise of Bontlebame. It was a time of learning, recreation and lots of fun.The retreat was for girls who had taken part in the workshops held by Bontlebame at KCC this year. The first day was spent swimming and playing in and around the pool. On the second day girls were offered two different workshops in the morning. One workshop was held by a lady from Dove company who talked with girls about confidence. The other workshop was about early drinking and prevention from alcohol.
After lunch girls participated in a yoga class and in the evening there was a big surprise christmas dinner with gifts for everyone. Girls got new pyjamas, shirts, funny sun glasses, toiletries and bags. Three days passed by quickly and everyone was enjoying their time. They sure wish to come back to this wonderful place, again.
