In late April staff of KCC started the sewing project. They learn different techniques of sewing which they will teach to kids in a second phase of the project to empower girls and boys of KCC.

Late in March boys and girls from KCC met with other adolescents of Soshanguve to talk about drug abuse, prevention, and health in a two day workshop. Moreover, they were invited to a soccer tournament.
For the third consecutive year KCC had been hosting the beauty pageant. It was topped of with the award giving ceremony for kids and staff who had achieved great things at KCC the previous year.
