Staff outing as year closes

In order to thank them for the work they had done this year staff was taken out for braai and a fun day at Bedrock Valley in Hammanskraal.

They had been working hard this year. School support for kids from grade one to the matric, sports classes in netball, soccer and other games, arts and culture classes including drama, dance, and choir, preparing and serving food, and numerous other workshops, events and competitions - all of this wouldn't have been possible without a dedicated staff. A staff that had worked without receiving any kind of reward for almost six months earlier this year when KCC was not sure if they would be able to pay them stipends, again. Eventually, money for stipends came in and the year came to a good end with the staff outing on the last working day.
