On Valentine's Day KCC held its Gala dinner. It was a great success with 39 partner tickets that had been sold and more than 3,000 Rand of donations that were risen.It was a short-lived and eventful evening at Unisa Hall in Pretoria. Youth, staff and board members of KCC had been preparing for weeks to entertain and serve their guests. Dancing performances, speeches, and delicious food helped to make the gala dinner a great success. Enjoying food and drinks the guests heard and learned about the purpose, value, and aims of Kgomotso Children Centre.

Summer is beautiful these days. The kids are flocking to the children centre to prepare for the big event to come on Valentine's Day. Few tickets are still available!

While kids are enjoying their time being back at the centre for a new school year, staff had the opportunity to be part of a first aid training by the Department of Social Development.
